Product Description:
Disc knives can be used for cutting non-metallic materials such as papier, cardboard, foil, polyethylene, plastics, fiberglass, rubber, woven and non-woven fabrics, as well as for cutting metals, corrugated cardboard, and other materials.

Disc knives are manufactured according to standards for widely used equipment from both foreign and domestic manufacturers, as well as based on our clients' drawings. The production of these knives can be done by stamping from metal sheets, machining from blanks, or using tungsten carbide through powder metallurgy. The quality of disc knives is indicated by high manufacturing precision in both longitudinal and transverse planes. Even slight deviations in size can lead to vibration or runout of the knife, which in turn results in poor cutting quality and product defects. The equipment used in Misiqi's production allows us to manufacture disc knives with outer diameters ranging from 20 mm to 1000 mm. In addition to high-quality manufacturing, the service life of a disc knife directly depends on the correct selection of steel and heat treatment. For heat treatment of products, Misiqi uses modern vacuum furnaces. Misiqi manufactures knives from high-quality imported steel, which allows us to produce products that successfully compete with top foreign brands in the industrial knife market due to lower costs and comparable quality.
