What types of industrial blades and machine knives do you manufacture?
MISIQI manufactures custom industrial blades, machine knives and mechanical tooling for different cutting applications. Can you manufacture blades according to drawings or samples?
Yes. MISIQI supports custom blade manufacturing based on drawings, CAD files, used samples, machine models or specific cutting requirements. Drawings help confirm dimensions, holes, edge angles, material and tolerance requirements. Used samples can also help us review the original blade structure and current wear condition.

What information should I provide for a custom blade quotation?
To provide a more accurate quotation, please send as much technical information as possible, including:
Blade drawing, CAD file or used sample
Blade dimensions, hole positions and thickness requirements
Machine model or installation position
Cutting material and working condition
Required material, hardness or surface treatment if known
Order quantity and expected delivery requirement
Photos of the current blade or cutting problem if available -

What blade materials can you provide?
Blade materials are selected according to the cutting material, machine speed, edge requirement and expected blade life. Common options include:
Tool steels such as D2, SKD11 and Cr12MoV for wear resistance and toughness
High-speed steels such as HSS and M2 for high-speed cutting and stable edge retention
Carbide and solid carbide for applications requiring higher wear resistance
Stainless steels such as 420 and 440C for corrosion resistance or cleaner processing conditions -

How do I choose the right material for my blade?
The suitable material depends on the actual application. Some blades need higher wear resistance, while others require better toughness, corrosion resistance or edge stability. If you are not sure which material to use, you can provide the cutting material, machine speed, current blade material and wear problem. Our team can review the working condition and suggest a suitable material option.

Can you customize blade edge geometry?
Yes. Edge geometry can be customized according to the cutting material and machine condition. MISIQI can manufacture straight edges, bevel edges, serrated edges, scalloped edges and special profiles when required. The correct edge form can help improve cutting stability, reduce burrs, control tearing and support longer blade service life.

Why do industrial blades wear out too fast?
Fast blade wear may be related to material selection, hardness, heat treatment, edge angle, cutting pressure, machine speed, installation accuracy or the material being cut. A used blade sample, cutting material details and photos of the cutting result can help us review whether the material, edge geometry or tolerance should be adjusted.

Can you make replacement blades for existing machines?
Yes. Replacement blades can be manufactured according to the original blade drawing, used sample or machine model. If the original blade does not perform well, we can also review the current cutting problem and discuss possible adjustments to material, hardness, edge form or tolerance before production.

Do you support OEM, ODM and logo marking?
Yes. MISIQI works with equipment manufacturers, OEM customers, production plants, maintenance teams and trading companies on custom blade production and long-term supply projects. Logo marking, item codes, batch numbers or serial numbers can be added by laser marking according to order requirements.

How do you control blade quality?
Blade quality is controlled through material selection, machining, heat treatment, grinding, dimensional inspection and packaging. Key dimensions, surface finish, edge quality and hardness can be checked according to product and order requirements. For repeat orders, confirmed drawings, samples and specifications help maintain stable production consistency.

Can you provide samples for testing?
Yes. Samples can be arranged for testing or machine trials according to the blade type and order requirement. For standard items, samples may be available from existing specifications. For custom blades, samples are usually produced based on customer drawings, used samples or machine requirements.

What are your typical lead times?
Lead time depends on blade type, material, processing complexity and order quantity. Standard or repeat orders usually require less production time, while new custom designs, special profiles or complex blades may need a longer schedule. We will confirm the delivery time after reviewing your drawings, samples and technical requirements.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the blade type, material and manufacturing process. Some standard or simple blades can start from small batches. Highly customized blades, special profiles or products requiring dedicated tooling may need a higher MOQ. You can send your blade details and we will advise a suitable order quantity.

How are industrial blades packaged and shipped?
Industrial blades are packed with protective materials according to blade size, edge form, quantity and shipping requirements. The purpose is to reduce edge damage during handling, storage and transportation. Shipment can be arranged by express, air or sea depending on order volume and delivery requirements.
